Free or discounted shipping is available in the continental US only. Returns for refund will have the shipping costs deducted and we let you know up front what that will be. Please note: Purchase orders requiring terms may not apply.

International Orders: Canadian and UK orders accepted with PayPal confirmed shipping address. Additional shipping may be required. Other international orders, inquire by phone or email.   1. 50 days from the date of shipment. The best in the business.
  2. Shipping for replacement of defective items, in most cases will be prepaid or reimbursed. Returns for refund are your responsibility. Exchange for a different item may be negotiable. Note: Certain items such as harmonicas and vocal microphones are subject to the manufacture's policies and regulated by law. 
  3. Item must be in “factory fresh” condition, showing no signs of wear or abuse. All original packaging, manuals and accessories included. Do not remove any labels or protective covering.
  4. Obtain a Return Authorization number from returns@jacksmusicstore.com  Returns are not accepted without an RA.
  5. If your return does not meet these requirements, there may be a handling fee and/or your return could be sent back to you.
  6. Some products can not be returned for refund, such as custom made cables, harmonicas, many microphones, lighting and special orders. Check before purchasing.
  7. Refused Shipments will incur additional shipping and labor charges. Please contact Jacks for return authorization and return instructions.
  8. "Children's Musical" and "Musical Gifts"  categories are excluded from our normal return policies. Please remember when purchasing from these categories that you are purchasing toys and trinket like items that are not intended to fully function as musical instruments.
