There are 3 ways to navigate our website. Site search,
Category/Department or Manufacturer. Our advanced proprietary site search
technology takes just a bit longer, but will return relevant results that can
be filtered using the drop down by price, sale items, most recent additions,
and more.
For
browsing
and "window
shopping" the categories are very helpful.
Note with the search function, you can narrow your search by category from
the home page.
The default search works in most cases, but you can choose "Any Keywords"
for more results if needed. The site search may take a few moments but well
worth the wait as our site search technology thoroughly checks our inventory for
you.

enter any information other than the shipping zip code.
*Some oversize/weight items will incur discounted shipping charges. "Free
Shipping" is a marketing term and indicates shipping costs are included in the
price of your order total. Compare the bottom line at Jacks with price, quality
and service for the best online shopping experience.

This will allow speedy and convenient review and click through for your orders. We do not share your
information. As a privately held independent company, we can guarantee the
privacy of our networks, servers and business model. We do not use "Market
Place" shopping sites where personal information is used and sold for use by
"partners" or other marketing.

paying by PayPal, we do not collect payment information. Only shipping and
billing addresses are used for fulfillment and verification of all orders.

Please note: Tracking information may not be available immediately, nor do all
carriers offer tracking services. When choosing Free Cost Saver, please allow
5-8 business days for delivery. Music and Instructional Books and DVDs may ship
via "Media Mail" and usually arrive within 7-10 days but can take as long as 14
to 20 days. For faster shipping and handling, you can choose "Standard Shipping"
for your order.
