Finding products:
There are 3 ways to navigate our website. The search bar near the upper
right of every page.
The Category "drill down" to specific products or groups of products found in
the left panel of every page.
The Browse by Manufacturer link near the top of the left panel.
Note with the search function, you can narrow your search to one category.
The default search works in most cases, but you can choose "Any Keywords"
for more results if needed.

Shipping Cost:
To get your shipping costs, if any, all you need to do is drop your order into

the shipping zip code.
Special Instructions:
If you have any special instructions or comments about your order, you can add
them to the
Special Instructions/Comments field on the 1st check out page.
Your Account at Jacks:
This will
allow you to login to Jacks anytime to get order status. We do not share your
information ever, and
all private information is encrypted and stored on our proprietary PCI compliant
servers. We do not store the credit card
security value. If you are
paying by PayPal, then only your order information is saved for your review.
